Terms, sales and delivery conditions.
The sales and delivery conditions mentioned below apply to all shipments from Dansk Hjemmeproduktion.

Documentation and manuals.
If product description and manuals for the product are available, these will follow the product from Dansk Hjemmeproduktion. Send us an e-mail, if you have further questions regarding the product.

Ordering
Click on "basket" with the chosen products and thereafter click "order". Here you can finish your order with name and address.
As regards to deliveries to countries not mentioned in the "country outline" you will be unable to order on- line. However we welcome your order by fax (+45 62671497) or e-mail: info@hjemmeproduktion.dk.

Order confirmation
When we have received your order, you will by e-mail receive an order confirmation displaying order number and specifications.

Delivery and transport
Products from Dansk Hjemmeproduktion will be delivered by post.
Postage will be based on the applicable rates and may be subject to change. All transport costs will be displayed in the order confirmation.
Please e-mail us for a delivery quotation before you order.

Delivery time
Normally the delivery time will not exceed one week. If we experience delivery problems, we will immediatly contact you by e-mail.

VAT
If the products are to be delivered to an EU country, the order will be subject to VAT at a rate of 25%.
If the products are to be delivered to a non-EU country, the order will not be subject to VAT.
Provided you are ordering on behalf of a company with an EU VAT number, the order will not be subject to VAT, regardless of whether the place of delivery is inside or outside EU.

Payment and charges.
You can pay by:

1) Credit cards (on-line payment):
Visa, Eurocard/mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.
The card charge will be 5,75% of the invoice amount.

2) Bank transfer (prepayment):

Please state name and order number.
We only receive payment in EUR (the invoice will be in EUR). All payments will be subject to an exchange rate fee of EUR 9.

Customer policy
Dansk Hjemmeproduktion places great importance on having satisfied customers.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days from date of delivery, if the goods are returned unused. In such case the invoice amount will be refunded except for transport costs and exchange rate fees.
Dansk Hjemnmeproduktion protects your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy rules. Your data will only be processed for the purpose of your order.
